Refund Terms

These Refund Terms cover Fieldbook Pro, the paid subscription plan, and form part of our Terms of Service.
30-day refund
If you're not happy with Fieldbook Pro, email hello@jackcoble.dev within 30 days of your purchase for a full refund — no questions asked.
Cancelling after 30 days
Outside the 30-day window, cancelling your subscription stops future renewals but doesn't refund the current period. Your Pro access stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for, and then your account reverts to the Free plan.
If you're cancelling, we'd genuinely appreciate hearing why — good or bad. A quick reply to hello@jackcoble.dev with any critical feedback goes a long way in helping us improve Fieldbook, and it's never required.
