Refund Terms

These Refund Terms apply to Fieldbook Pro, the paid subscription plan. They are part of our Terms of Service.

Free trial

You can try Fieldbook Pro free for 14 days before you buy it. The trial does not need a payment card, and we do not charge you for it. When the trial ends, your account stays on the Free plan until you subscribe.

30-day refund

If you are not satisfied with Fieldbook Pro, you can get a full refund. Send an email to hello@jackcoble.dev not more than 30 days after your purchase. We do not ask why.

Cancelling after 30 days

After the 30-day period, you can cancel your subscription:

• The subscription does not renew.
• We do not refund the current period.
• Your Pro access stays active until the end of the period that you paid for. Then your account changes to the Free plan.

If you cancel, please tell us why. We want to know, good or bad. Send a short reply to hello@jackcoble.dev. Critical feedback helps us make Fieldbook better. This is optional.
