Billing questions
Is cloud sync really free?
It really is! Cost should never be a barrier to getting on the air, so offline logging, cloud sync and QRZ lookups are free for everyone.
Can I try Pro first?
Yes! Head to Settings, then Subscription, and start a free 14-day trial. No card needed. You get every Pro feature, though the 10,000 QSO limit still applies until you subscribe. When the fortnight's up, you're back on the free plan with all your data where you left it.
How do I upgrade to Pro?
Sign in to Fieldbook and head to Settings, then Subscription. Payments are handled securely by Paddle.
Can I cancel?
Whenever you like. You'll keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for, then your account moves over to the free plan.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. If Pro isn't for you, email me within 30 days of buying it and you'll get a full refund, no questions asked.
